  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase
  • Service must not have been substantially delivered
  • Account must be in good standing

  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed internship placements
  • Custom development services already delivered
  • Processing fees
  • Services used for more than 7 days

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
